It all started way back in 1976 in the little town of Pelahatchie, Mississippi. Our knack for quality smoked sausage caught on quick and we've been growing ever since. By 2005 we were busting at the seams and had to do something to help us grow. It seemed like no one could get enough of our delicious smoked sausage! We built a new, state of the art meat processing plant in Florence, Mississippi and we haven't looked back. Our sausage tastes good (yeah, we know it) and now we can really smoke it up in style.

Cooper's Country Meat Packers has been in business for over 30 years, but back in July of 2005 we opened up a one-of-a-kind butcher market where you can come and get some of the best meats you've ever tasted. We've got 100% American Angus Grade A Quality steaks, stuffed pork chops, hamburgers, smoked sausage, and much more. Of course, we don't cook this stuff. That's up to you.
