It started way back in 1976 in the little town of Pelahatchie, Mississippi. Our knack for quality smoked sausage caught on quick. By 2005 we were busting at the seams and had to do something to continue to grow. It seemed like no one could get enough of our delicious smoked sausage! We built a state of the art meat processing plant in Florence, MS and continue to smoke up our great-tasting sausage in style.
