It all starts with hand picked 80/20 pure pork. Only Hams, Bacon and Pork loins are used in our sausage. We smoke our sausage in “Real” hickory smoke using whole logs and not sawdust which gives better smoke and more flavor. We also use a natural pork casing which gives our sausage that “Old Fashioned” snap!

Our blend of Country Pleasin' spices is stuffed in a natural casing and hickory smoked for 4 hours.
